I was thinking of reading The Bodyguard. It has a long wait time for the E book version at my library. It looks like a gentle fun read. Every time I see that book, I hear Whitney Houston singing that song "I Will Always Love You" in my head. Great post!
ReplyDeleteHi Megan!
ReplyDeleteI am not a romance reader at all, but this annotation made me want to check this book out! It seems to have some themes of found family, sweet romance, and (possibly?) some suspense as well due to the mention of stalkers. I also think the flipping of traditional gender roles (female as protector instead of male) is so refreshing and could set up the described relationship success. Similar to Jennifer, I was also reminded of the Whitney Houston movie! Thanks for sharing!
